I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Masters in Counselling.
I work with teens and young adults in Squamish, British Columbia. I specialize in therapeutic conversations that support the unique experiences and challenges during this time in life.
In particular, I am knowledgeable in supporting the emotional needs of gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, questioning, and Two-spirit teens and young adults.
As a counsellor for parents and caregivers, I offer support for relational distress within the family system. In particular, learning to re-build connection with your teen or young adult, even when it feels exhausting and impossible.
As a sex-positive therapist and Sexual Health Educator, I promote a healthy attitude towards human sexual behaviour and safer sex practices. I appreciate and respect gender, sexual and relationship diversity.
